Applicants must download the Information Bulitain 2014 and Instruction and read them carefully before filling the form online.
  • N.B:- ( Before proceeding for filling up on-line application form, the candidate should have made payment through STATE BANK COLLECT In order to apply online for a course, first you need to register yourself. Register yourself by clicking on 'Register' with your Full Name, Email ID, Date of Birth, Username(should be unique) and Password. A conformation will also be sent to your email. Password should be of minimum 6 characters long and must contain at least an uppercase letter(CAPITAL LETTER i.e. A-Z), a lower case letter(SMALL LETTER i.e. a-z) and a digit(0-9)). e.g. of PASSWORD: Pass123

  • After a successful registration, login to your account to apply for a course. You can apply online, print the filled form, download Admit Card, check status of your form and can manage your account.

  • PAYMENT METHOD : Applicant has to visit http://onlinesbi.com and click on the STATE BANK COLLECT, choose Odisha, educational institution and UTKAL UNIVERSITY P.G. COUNCIL. There the applicant has to put the unique username (given while registering in Utkal university website), Full name, father's name, DOB and course code. After submitting the details, the applicant may go for payment of the application fee of Rs.500/- through credit / debit card/ internet banking of any bank. After the payment is confirmed applicant will get a Reference no. and E-receipt. Print the e-receipt which will be used to submit along with the hard copy of the application. The reference no. of the e-receipt will be an input by applicant while filling up online application form.
    c .In case applicant wants to pay the money in cash mode at SBI Branch then, after giving the unique user ID, Full name, father's name, course code etc. on STATE BANK Collect he/she has to select the other payment mode and then get a Pre Acknowledgement Payment(PAP) Form for Payment through any SBI Branch Only . Then applicant should carry the printed Pre Acknowledgement Payment Receipt and must deposit Rs.500/- + bank commission(Rs.50) along with this PAP at any SBI branch within two days.

  • After submitting the form online successfully, take print out of the Form, staple two attested copies of your photographs along with all relevant documents and send it to the respective Head/Cordinator of concerned Department, Utkal University, Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar,751004.
